2. Exceptions for Refunds

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same design twice, contact us with proof, and we will issue a refund or store credit.
Corrupt or Inaccessible Files: If the downloaded file is broken, corrupt, or not working as intended, contact us within 15 days of purchase for assistance. We will attempt to resolve the issue or provide a replacement.

4. Modifications & Cancellations

Since our products are instant downloads, orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please ensure you check all details before completing your purchase.
